Chickpea, Avocada and Feta Salad

This salad has got to be one of the tastiest, and easiest, cheapest and most filling salad recipes I’ve ever made.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas Rinsed and Drained
  • 2 whole Avocados
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Parsley
  • 2 TBSP Green Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 whole Lime Juice (Squeezed)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to combine, making sure not to mash the avocadoes and feta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
