SIMPLE OATMEAL MASK

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt Greek or regular work well
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey manuka would be best, if you have it and can afford it
  • optional: a couple of drops of lavender oil if your skin can tolerate it

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients.

Notes

Honestly, this feels oh-so-luxurious and creamy as you massage it onto your skin (plus the smell is pretty darn good). And the soothing powers (does that sound oxymoron-ish to anyone else?) of the oatmeal and honey provide an almost instant calm to any redness you may have.
