This month, rather than reading about eating…rather than looking for answers externally…begin to look inside. Begin to notice – maybe even write down – what you eat and how you feel an hour later. Consider why you are eating – is it hunger? Or loneliness? Or boredom? Or tiredness? Or anger? Or stress?
