What I love about meals like this is that they are a cinch to put together with just a few minimal ingredients. Because ham has such a strong flavor you only need a few other things, like a pinch of fresh thyme, and you are good to go.
This dish will easily serve a large crowd and make you look like a domestic superstar. It can double as a breakfast dish (that’s actually how we ate these, breakfast the next morning with our Thanksgiving leftovers!)
