I remember first hearing about Risotto and it sounded like this faraway, exotic food that was impossible to master. For this reason it took me years to finally muster up the courage to try it in the kitchen.
Risotto doesn’t need to be complicated, and trust me, it’s not as tough as it seems. While it may require a bit more hands on time than regular rice (and I’m a huge fan of my rice cooker), the end result is a creamy and smooth texture that’s just oozing with flavor.
Have you ever made Risotto before? What are your favorite ingredients to mix in?
