These sweet balls of happiness seem to be all the rage these days. You see them at baby showers, engagements, parties, and you even see cake pop towers in lieu of wedding cakes.
They’re pretty – boy they’re adorable! I’ve seen cupcake cake pops, snowman cake pops, Christmas tree cake pops, polka dot cake pops and even ruffle cake pops. They’re the prettiest I think.
But you see, as pretty and tasty as these cake pops are, they’re time consuming. Goodness me are they time consuming! So, naturally, I avoided making them. In fact, I avoided making them like the plague.
That was until I decided to try making upside down cake pops. You know, instead of having the cake ball on the top of the stick, the cake ball sits at the bottom.
My mind, you guys, was blown. I made my cake the day before, so it took me all of one hour to dip and decorate over thirty of these cake pops. And check out how pretty they look!
Have you been avoiding making cake pops too? Well, don’t. Try these out. They will change your life.
