Raw Multigrain Muffins
- 1/2c ground organic flaxseeds
- 1t raw untoasted wheatgerm
- 1t psyllum husk powder
- 1tsp raw honey
Combine ingredients by sifting together in a bowl, adding a few sprinkles of water to moisten. Knead into a dough.
Shape into 2oz sample cups. Plop onto a plate, then flip rightside up.
Garnish with oats, enjoy with fruit.
These are fat and fiber dense so only eat 2 muffins per serving (4oz) and drink plenty of water!
