If you’re looking for easy lunchbox or picnic food ideas, you’ve come to the right place.
If you have trouble with self-control, you’ve come to the wrong place.
These pizza scrolls are a fun variation to traditional pizza, without compromising on taste. They’re so delicious that they’ll have you coming back for seconds and thirds (maybe even fourths). The dough is a scone-type dough and is perfectly suited for this recipe as it turns out fluffy and airy. You could even use half-wholemeal-half-white flour if you wish. Further, it’s a no-rise recipe. So no waiting for the dough to rise! I love no-rise dough recipes.
As with any pizza, the fillings are very versatile. You could add in salami, ham, shredded chicken, pineapple, mushrooms – and that’s just the beginning! Let your creativity run wild with this one.
They’re easy and cheesy (I should begin writing poems, no?) and although they’re perfect when they taste warm, they would also make great lunch box ideas for kids. You’ll thank me once you’ve made these. Go on and try them for yourself – they’re so, so good.
