Happy Monday everyone! After being without a grill for a while we finally scored a great big ol’ charcoal machine at a local thrift store. I’ve been so eager to try making our homemade tortillas on the grill. In fact, as I’m writing this my husband is getting it prepped so he can whip up some chicken tacos, but personally I’d prefer a veggie-ier version.
How appropriate is it that our featured post of the week is this Flatbread Pizza with Hummus, by Pancake Warriors? This looks like the perfect light lunch to go with our homemade tortillas! (PS: I’ll let you know how it turns out)
