Yep. These brownies contain coffee in them and the ratio of coffee–to-chocolate couldn’t get much better.
For the untrained eye, these brownies may look a little undercooked and raw in the middle – but they’re not. You’ll just need to let them completely cool before cutting into them, but not over-baking them is where the moisture and fudgy-ness comes from.
