With summer well and truly here, it’s time to bring out all the summer foods! Icecream would probably top the list as the best summer food, wouldn’t you agree? And within good reason, too. It’s sweet, creamy and decadent and comes in a wide range of flavors. It can be enjoyed in a bowl; on a cone; alongside a dessert or straight out of the tub if you so desired.
However, icecream isn’t the healthiest type of food one should be consuming in large amounts. It’s full of sugar, fat and unwanted preservatives.
