Just a little backstory: did you all know that Bobs Red Mill sells Quick Cooking Oats in bulk? Twenty-five pounds of oats will make a crapload of granola, just for the record. And also, my kids will eat a crapload of granola.
So much that I’ve doubled my original recipe and I’ve already made two batches (if you’re keeping track, that’s four batches of the original recipe) in the past week.
Yeah, it’s that good.
Here is my recipe, but if you have large eaters like mine than make two of these at a time. Just mix them separately (or get a really big bowl) and bake on two separate trays.
