Sometimes one just must have pancakes for breakfast! For those who don’t want the sugar high afterwards I have the perfect recipe for you. I wanted to have pancakes that were just enough for my little one and myself. So if you would like a bigger batch I would double or triple the recipe.
I have found that I didn’t need the extra syrup and neither did my little one. When I see an opportunity to cut out sugar (natural or not) I take advantage of it. These were the perfect amount for Josh and I. Not to much and not too little. This is a great little fun project to get the kids involved in.
