This month I’ve been speaking a lot about New Years Resolutions, much more so than I typically do.
I guess it’s because 2016 ended up being so crazy and hectic for me that I simply got to the point where my only option was to scale back in some major ways. That meant taking on less responsibilities, and allowing myself not to feel guilty when I did.
I suspect that I am always going to struggle with getting healthy breakfasts to the kids. We have a limited amount of time to get ready for school before the kids have to hop on the bus, and since my toddler is not a morning person (that’s putting it lightly), cooking first thing in the morning is nearly impossible.
So this is one of those times when I delegate, and I found the perfect company to help me with breakfast obligations!
Garden Lites muffins are perfect for my family because they’re made with clean, simple ingredients. They’re packed with fruits and veggies. I mean really packed in there, the first ingredients on the back of the box! They’re so convenient when you’re on the go because you can just pull from the freezer and throw in your lunchbox, or let it thaw while you’re getting dressed. Plus you don’t have to twist your kid’s arm to get her to eat it!
