Have you seen the two ingredient pancakes yet? The ones that are just made with bananas and eggs? Well, if you haven’t tried them yet you absolutely should. They are magical. I used that basic idea to make these crepes (they have four ingredients if you count the vanilla extract and cinnamon). These crepes are a tad time consuming to cook and assemble, but I promise they are so worth it and will impress anyone! They look way more complicated then the ingredients list demonstrates. If you are running short on time you could make these as regular pancakes and layer or top them with fruit and plain maple syrup. They are extremely versatile.
You can use your favorite fruit or whatever you have in your kitchen and top them with about anything you want. I decided to make two quick sauces because I couldn’t resist adding a peanut butter and chocolate twist to these.
