Say hello to my all-time favourite food-flavor combination: spinach and feta. If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you’ll know that I’ve put this combination into lots of different recipes: pancakes, muffins and more muffins.
The spinach with the crumbly, salty feta is a flavor combination that can’t be beat. Add a hint of lemon, and you’ve got yourself perfection.
This spinach and feta tart has got to be my favorite way to eat spinach and feta. It’s also made on a regular basis at my house. The tart tastes amazing when it’s hot and fresh out of the oven, and the pastry is flaky and crispy. It’s just as good when it’s cold and eaten with sweet chilli sauce. But it’s also good when it’s reheated and the pastry becomes chewy.
I’ve enjoyed this tart all three ways and can’t decide which way I like it best. So you’ll just have to make this for yourself and make up your mind on it! It’s really that good.
