This week we look at the third auric layer.
The third auric layer is associated with our mental processes. It is sometimes called the Mental Body. When it is balanced and clear, our ideas are well-structured. This is different from merely having happy thoughts. Well-formed ideas have clear thoughts. They are without judgement or preconceived notions.
Our thought-forms develop into habitual thoughts. Sometimes this can take the form of self-talk. Additionally, this layer intertwines with vibrations from our second or emotional level. Many people are aware of the relationship between thoughts and emotions.
To care for the third auric layer
we must be honest with ourselves about how we think. We must be aware of how we take an idea and focus it’s energy and express it through words, which are merely an attempted representation for the thought.
If you have cloudy thoughts, trouble thinking about things, are reactionary or have many self-judgements, your third auric layer may not be clear. Negative judgements and negative feedback are the most prevalent symptoms.

The third auric layer is described as yellow light surrounding the body. It may extend to about 3-8 inches beyond the physical body.
