This is another one of those recipes that is short and sweet.
I mean, really, Alfredo sauce needs little introduction. We all know what it is, how delicious and creamy and totally indulgent it is.
But did you all know how easy it is?
Alfredo sauce is made with Parmesan cheese: I chose a soft, pungent Asiago. It was heavenly and rich and delicious without being overpowering. If you’re using a high quality cream and cheese then you can expect a meal that’s sweet and sharp and full of flavor.
Other than a heavy dose of garlic (because, honestly, who doesn’t LOVE garlic?) this sauce needs no other seasonings.
