When More Is Better

When #moreisbetter. More time with the family over the holidays!

Sometimes, you need a little bit extra. Of what? Now that’s a good question.

  • When you’re sick, it’s more homemade soup and rest.
  • When you’re broke, a spare $20 found in a pocket will do the trick.
  • When it’s frigidly cold out there, I think we all know the beauty of an extra layer or two.

But this time of year, that little bit extra really packs a punch.

In my case, it’s all about the family time. Sure, an extra piece or two of pie would be great, but I’m really missing all the inside jokes and horribly embarrassing stories that come with hanging out with the only people who really know and love you – even when you had that weird haircut in 7th grade.

As a military brat, my family’s always been spread out. Holiday travel is pretty common. Turkey Day travelers don’t even bother us; people are usually pretty nice during this time of year.

Still, it can be difficult spending so much time with strangers when all you really want is that one extra hug from your mom or just a little more time to harass your siblings.

Heck, I think most of my most meaningful memories and time with family have come from those one-off flight delays or snow days. All it takes it just a bit more to create something truly spectacular.

When #moreisbetter. More time with the family over the holidays!

It’s simple – more is better. Having 25 percent more this holiday season can make a big impact.

That’s life. The big stuff. Special moments. Long-distance travel.

A little more is a lot better.

Fortunately, Cottonelle gets that. In fact, they get it so well they’ve put out a new TP with 25% more sheets per roll! With all the family coming in, I *know* a heavy duty toilet paper is in order.

And since more is so much better, we’re also giving away $1,000 in prizes just to hear about what YOU want more of: $500 for you and $500 for a charity of your choice!

I’d like a bit more of pain free periods so I can tidy up the house … i’m running behind as my backache isn’t allowing me to do much else but scour the internet for some distraction.

    Nice giveaway btw :)

I’d like 25% more coffee!!!! No, really… I’d love to have more time with my family that is so spread out. Between my dad, sisters, and I, we are literally in 4 corners- one in Alaska, one in Virgina, one in Florida, and I am in Arizona. Wish we could all be closer and have more time together :)

I’d like 25% (or more) time off from work so I can spend more than just three days celebrating Christmas this year.

I would love 25 percent more of family time .. There is never ever enough of that with my family. Thanks so much for the giveaway

I would like 25% more snow! We haven’t had snow yet and my daughter is so excited to get to build a snowman and go sledding!

  6. Katherine says

I’d like 25% more of sleep! That’s my wish pretty much year-round (with 3 young children), but especially during this busy season.

I would like 25% pain-free days. I have a rare nerve disorder, and after having an unsuccessful brain surgery in July the pain just continues to get worse. I would be so happy to have 25% of my days be pain-free so I can be a happy mama who spends quality time with my girls and husband, instead of cured up in bed in pain or going to specialists all over town trying to find some kind of relief.
