Cinnamon Apple Chips

These cinnamon apple chips may be the best thing I have ever made! The light dusting of cinnamon and sugar over the fresh apples makes this the perfect Fall sweet snack with some hot chocolate or cider. I am loving this sweet snack and hope you do too!

Do you think this would work in our food dehydrator? Or do the apples need the higher temperature of 250 to get more chip-like as opposed to chewy dried fruit? Or does the texture depend more on how thinly they’re sliced?

    • Hey Nicole! I have never used a food dehydrator so I am not sure if they would turn out the same, but I bet they would be yummy either way! I think the texture depends more on how thinly they are sliced, like you mentioned. Let me know how they turn out if you try it!
