Sweet, fluffy, light and crunchy cookies using just a few ingredients! They’re quick to whip up (and you can even make them ahead of time). Enjoy!
There are so many amazing things that I want to say about puff pastry.
First off, it’s no secret that it’s my absolute favorite ingredient to work with, ever. Whether you’re wrapping something up something savory and serving it en croute, using it as a crust for your favorite pie, or, in the case of my daughter, you could just eat baked Puff Pastry by itself all. day. long.
A few years ago one of my amazing contributors submitted this recipe to us, and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since. It’s the perfect recipe when you want something scrumptious that doesn’t take a lot of time or energy, but it still looks and tastes impressive!
And even better? You can prep it ahead of time!
Roll them together, then put the roll back in the fridge for 30 minutes. Keeping your puff pastry cold is what will give you fluffy, puffy, crispy cookies. Then when you’re ready to serve, just slice and bake!
