Anyone who has had the pleasure of seeing me first thing in the morning will tell you two things: I’m a caffeine addict and I love my chia water.
I drink at least a cup of chia water every day. Why? Because it gives so nutrient dense, it increases energy and promotes digestion.
But I’m going to be completely honest with you– it doesn’t give me enough energy. I still start my days with coffee and I know oh so many of you do too!
