As the temperature heats up I’ve had spice on my mind. I’ve been in a daze, thinking of silky creamy cheesy yummy jalapenos. I am very relieved to finally be able to ease my troubled mind by attempting, and successfully interpreting, this recipe into something that I can share with you all. This recipe is vegetarian, but I assure you not by choice (bacon may have made this great recipe even better, we just didn’t have any at the time). When you make this at home I encourage you to try both styles, one with meat and one without.
These things are seriously yummy, and as Sam mentioned, a huge step above the fried mess that you get for appetizers at cheesy (no pun intended) restaurants.
