Let’s face it, stuff can take over your life pretty easily, making indulgence a bit too convenient. Perhaps you find that you shop for things you just don’t need — dollar aisle at Target, anyone?! — and before you know it you have more things than you know what to do with!
Over consumption is done to fill a void: Boredom, sadness, stress. In a time when over consumption is rampant, I thought today we could share a few tips on how to release yourself from that cycle of overconsumption, and how to cut the clutter that is already there.
