I’m writing this post with hesitation.
Extreme hesitation, in fact.
I started writing this post multiple times – only to delete it and tell myself decisively that I would not share this recipe with you.
You see, this recipe is kinda a secret. It’s MY secret.
It’s a never-before-told kinda secret. And secrets are not to be shared, right?
So, you say, why on earth are you sharing your secret with us, Grace?
Well, it’s because this secret is a secret worth sharing. It will make your lives better actually.
I won’t explicitly tell you the secret. You’ll have to figure it out for yourselves.
You just scrolled all the way down to read the recipe, and came back up, right? I read minds. Or at least, I try.
So! Back to the recipe. Please don’t ask me how it works or WHY it works perfectly every time, but it just does. This recipe makes the fluffiest, softest, BEST scones out there. No more hard, rock-like balls of bread.
This recipe, surprisingly, makes scones just like grandma used to make: soft, fluffy and airy.
